RV Method – Steps 4 & 5

One form of remote viewing uses a person called a monitor who interviews the remote viewer. For step four of my method I simulate the monitor’s interview with a set of cue cards. Some of the questions may not apply to particular targets. The cards can be cycled through until they do not yield any more information. The cards are as follows:

    Sensory

  • What do you see?
  • What is it like to the touch?
  • How does it smell or taste?
  • What do you hear?

    Dimensional

  • What is the shape?
  • What is the size or scale?
  • How is it oriented?
  • What is your perspective?
  • What kind of location is this?
  • How many are there?

    Energetic

  • Is there movement? What kind?
  • What is happening?
  • What is being expressed?
  • How does it feel?
  • What happened here?

    Tangibles

  • What kinds of things are here?
  • What objects are there?
  • What are their characteristics?

    Intangibles

  • What categories or qualities does this relate to?
  • What themes or concepts are present?
  • What is the purpose or action behind this?
  • What feelings and emotions are present at the target?
  • What feellings and emotions are you experiencing?

Final step

Write a short summary that recaps the significant features of the target and gives a final overview. Alternatively, if it seems like this has already been fully covered in the session so far, I may simply ask if there is anything else that I should know about the target.

The last thing to do is to evaluate the feedback. Go through your session and think about how each thing relates or doesn’t relate to the target.
